Use the Day Settings tab to describe how you want the screen to look during the day. Blueless applies these settings to the screen when:
Day is clicked or
Auto is clicked and it’s daytime.
Whenever these settings are active — in other words, whenever Blueless applies these settings to the screen — an orange dot appears next to the words ‘Day settings’ in the tab header.
How should you set these sliders?
If you want to minimize eye damage, you should reduce blue light because it may injure the retina and hasten the development of cataracts.
But if you have a circadian sleep disorder like I do, you may want to keep daytime blue as high as possible.
